HOW TO ORDER

How to order

1. Please choose your favorite teapots.
2. Please let us know pot number and quantities by e-mail. ceramics@japan-net.ne.jp
3. We send the estimate to you.
4. If you agree the estimate, please place an order by e-mail.
5. I check if the pots are in stock. *
6. Please send us your payment in advance.
7. We ship the pots to you in a week.
*If the pot is out of stock, we'll estimate again.

Shipping

Shipping cost depends on the weight.
There are 4 ways of shipping :(USA or Europe)
1. Surface mail : 45-90 days
2. SAL(Surface air-lifted mail) : 2-3 weeks
3. Airmail : 7-14 days
4. EMS(Express mail service) : 5-10days

Payment

You can send us your payment by the following 4 ways.
Please pay the handling charge of bank or post office by yourself.
