How to order

(For small order)
1. Please let us know pot number ( xxTxx ), quantity and shipping terms(Airmail, SAL, Surface mail) by e-mail. ceramics@japan-net.ne.jp
2. We send the estimate to you.
3. If you agree the estimate, please place an order by e-mail.
4. Please send the payment to us in advance.
5. We ship the pots to you in a week.
*If the pot is out of stock, we'll estimate again.

Shipping Terms

The shipping cost depends on the weight of pot.
There are 3 ways of shipping :
1. Surface mail : 45-90 days
2. SAL(Surface air-lifted mail) : 2-3 weeks
3. Airmail(EMS, ePacket) : 4-10 days

Payment

We accept the following 4 ways.
PayPal, Credit card(VISA, MasterCard), an International Postal Money Order(IPMO, Eurogiro) and Bank transfer.

We send you PayPal invoice to your e-mail address.

Because security of the internet is not good enough,
we'd like to receive at least two e-mails to get your credit card info. at different time.
1. Please send us the first 12 numbers of your credit card.
2. Please send us name on the credit card, exp. date and the last 4 numbers.
We can also receive them by facsimile.

1. Please go to a post office(USPS) to get an IPMO.
2. To send the International Postal Money Order by Airmail.

Total : 13550yen = approx. EUR97(If the exchange rate is EUR1.00 = 140yen)

*All pots are insured. *Please pay customs duty and taxes in your country if requested.

If you are not satisfied with a Tokoname pot from us, please return it for a full refund.Return shipping may be deducted from the amount of your refund if the reason for your return is not the result of defect(crack or chip) and our error(color or size).
